Duties include coordinating meet volunteers, leading recruiting and advertising efforts

Treasurer

Duties include tracking financials, managing bank account, paying bills, submitting / maintaining government documents and ensuring team insurance is current

Duties include keeping board meeting minutes, maintaining registration/medical forms, swimmer mailboxes, team roster and contact info

At-Large Ribbons/Cards

Duties include maintaining ribbons and stickers, prepare ribbons at home meets(must attend home meets) and order end-of-year picnic awards

At-Large Meet Secretary

Duties include recording registered swimmers into Team Manager, keeping TM and Meet Manager updated, maintaining records list and top times list, verifying accuracy of scored meets, emailing meet results to coaches of both teams and to Website Manager and sending Home meet backup files to AMSA VP of stats within 48 hours

At-Large Merchandise

Will Turnbull

Duties include ordering and distributing team t-shirts and swimsuits and ordering/coordinating selling of team merchandise

At-Large Webmaster

Will Turnbull

Duties include maintaining website, all informational postings, social media, and for posting team and meet updates on a daily basis
